Kelly, thanks for the reminder. You are correct, posture is a major factor when running or walking. Shoulders should be down and relaxed, no playing turtle. Back should be straight and one should not lean forward any more than 5 degrees, and that's mainly for going uphill. Doing core strengthening exercises will help us keep strong and relaxed.

Sometimes the answer is right where you left it, thanks for reminding me.

To go off topic Janet. I just read your tips on walking and want to remind all of you to take a look at your posture. Someone mentioned to me yesterday that I really slump when I'm tired (tired wouldn't describe how I felt at that time). I'm glad he said something because I couldn't figure why my back and shoulders hurt and that was the only reason. So stand straight and look forward! You had a lot of great info on that thread.

@COUGARPAINTBALL~ Thank you so much for coming up with a much simpler fix to this issue. The whole "leave the program & rejoin" was the only fix that was told to us leaders originally. So YEA! for a tech that has it together.

LUZEN-IT - In order to track the Training Programs, you must have the mileage tracker added to your fitness tracker page or else there is nothing to track. When you join a training program, the system automatically adds the mileage tracker. At some point you probably removed the tracker from your fitness page. I went ahead and added the mileage tracker back in for you.

RELLIMTENAJ - If you see users that have this issue, please inform that they can not remove the mileage tracker from their fitness tracker. They can simply add it back in by going to the fitness tracker and clicking on "Change Fitness Goals" at the top of the page, and then check the checkbox next to "Mileage Tracker".

I guess it's time for me to contact the tech team again. We had this problem when the team first started, then it seemed to evaporate, but now it's back again. The only fix we have found so far is for you to "leave the program" and then rejoin. You can re-enter your info then in the new log. Sorry for the extra work.

Hello everyone,

So I completed day 1 of week 3, however, when I try to click on the "Track Now" button, I get the following message: "We cannot find the goal that you are trying to track".

Has anyone else experienced this and if so, how did you fix it? I tried waiting one day (thinking I was off schedule) and logged in again, but the same error message popped up.

Thank you in advance for any advise you may offer emoticon
