When you track your walks on the training log, you'll see the current day/date at the top with left/right arrows. You can use these to change the date to track. If you need to go back more than a day, click on the calendar button and then choose your day on the calendar.
Anytime you use the training log the information will automatically be added to your fitness page. I hope this answers your question.

Yesterday i did my 15 minutes 5k walk, how can i add that to my monday calender instead of my tuesday this is a different day that call for a 1 mile walk which i haven't don't yet. i try to separated my 5k walk from my regular cardio.
