WALKED 15 MIN. TODAY.
When you track your walks on the training log, you'll see the current day/date at the top with left/right arrows. You can use these to change the date to track. If you need to go back more than a day, click on the calendar button and then choose your day on the calendar.
Anytime you use the training log the information will automatically be added to your fitness page. I hope this answers your question.

I long to accomplish a great and noble task, but it is my chief duty to accomplish humble tasks as though they were great and noble. The world is moved along not only by the mighty shoves of its heroes but also by the aggregate of the tiny pushes of each honest worker.

Don't look at life as "you have to," view it as "you get to." It puts the fun back in things.
I was wondering the same thing...sometimes there is a prompt that asks if you want to add to ANOTHER DAY but that's not always present and doesnt always work when it is.
If hunger is not the problem, then eating is not the answer.
