go to START at the top of the page. click on it, it will take you to your main page, under your screen name you will see account/preferences. click on that - it will take you to the next page - the middle tab says EMAIL - click on that if you see RED in the beginning sentences - go to the bottom and UNCHECK - "Never Email me AGAIN" then go back and check all the boxes of the items you want to receive.

remember to click on the "SAVE" at the bottom ....

Make sure you have opted to receive the emails. Just click on "My Teams" and make sure the checkbox to receive emails is checked. That's really the only thing I can think of.
