I was delighted to see the list of songs posted on the Daily Spark.
My favorites change, but right now:
I Will Praise You - Rebecca St. James Reach - Peter Furler Stronger - Mandisa He Holds Everything - Point of Grace
I like a variety, because I like to do warmup, cooldowns and intervals. I don't have an mp3 player, I am using my Sony Walkman CD player. I just put my favorites on a CD and put the mode to shuffle. This energizes and changes up my walking.

I read through the comments so far to see if anyone had reported my favorite two Christian groups - to my shock, no one had mentioned them. Check out Avalon, and anything by Stephen Curtis Chapman. Some people also like Carmen, but his music always sounded a little angry to me.

This is pretty good mix of different genres. They keep me pumped my entire workout

I agree about the fast songs are better to work out with. I heard one song the other day it was so slow that I had to skip it because it did not get me motivated enough

Glad you found the song. There nothing like wanting to find a son and coming up with zeros. I like older groups too like the fairfield four, dixie hummingbirds, mighty clouds of joy good ones so many others to name. But for working out I have to have fast songs that get you going.

Not sure about soldier won the battle have to ask my hubbie.... now we have I can't even walk without you holding my hand at home here. Now I am from the old school...I do know that the song is on youtube. My son downloaded a song from there and put it on a cd. I am sure that the song is some where you can order it from not just sure where????? might google it and see. Sorry not to techie...

Lee williams and other are to be at the spirit fest near where I live in concert. But we have so many Lee williams dvd at home I can have my own spirit fest in my house. LOL!

I only do gospel but I gotta admit certain songs by barry white..I still like. Working out my faith with fear and trembling. My hubbie does not listen to secular music but I have seen his ear perk up when earth, wind and fire songs come on the tv. . We are all a work in progress!!!!! He has dvds and cds coming the mail daily. Just got some Williams Brothers. We from the old school. .

I've been searching high and low for christian music with a good rhythm for fast walking/slow jogging. Does anyone have any ideas? Most of what I listen to doesn't have a very good (or consistent) rhythm for this kind of thing.
