Hey you all! I am back and ready to start my training again. I had an injury in my hip last month that prevented me from finishing my 5k training. Actually I got all the way to the last "Race Day" and the pain was so excruciating that I had to stop. I went to PT for a couple of weeks and had ice on my hip every night. I really feel that I need to complete this though because I have a "real" race coming up in August. Just wanted to share this.
