Take pictures that feature the areas you are most interested in seeing progress.

As for measurements, the usuals are chest, waist, hips, but sometimes you can see more progress in upper arms, thighs, calves and neck. Where ever you take the measurements, be consistant... across the nipples, at your belly button, 7" below your waist measurement, etc.

If you take them, what "poses" do you take?

For example, side view to show stomach progress, arms out to show tricep progress, this sort of thing.

Also, what do you measure?

For example, neck, chest, waist, etc.
