Yes I agree it is awesome.. I always struggle with how far I am walking, now I don't need to ask hubby to check with the car, I can just use the map..
Thanks for the mile/km problem I will correct mine too.

Here is the response I received from Coach Nicole...

"Sorry for the delay. I had to ask one of our programmers about this.

Yes, it’s possible to track the program in KM. To do so, go to the main fitness tracker page. From there, select the Mileage Tracker and edit the preferences to track in KM. Once done, the 5K Your Way tracking will automatically be tracked in km. Note that the content itself (PDF and workout calendar text) will NOT change to KM—only the tracking option will."

I posted a quick conversion that you could use for your training calendar on the "Questions..." thread.

I track my miles, then go to the 5k site set up for me and enter the mileage and time. It automatically comes up in my cardio.

If you use the map tracker for your 1.5 KM walk it will translate it into miles and you can automatically add it to your tracker from there. That's what I do.

"Don't wait until you've reached your goal to be proud of yourself. Be proud of every step you take toward reaching that goal."

3rd Goal - To get to 170 lbs by April 30, 2017
4th Goal - To get to 150 lbs Dec 31st, 2017
Final Goal - To get to a healthly BMI and maintain

Hi,
I hope someone can help me. I logged 1.5 km in 15 minutes for W1D1 and the site posted 1.5 miles in 15 minutes. Much different. How do I track my progress correctly?
