Susie has lost a lot of weight and has been looking after herself and body for a long time but she still suffered a heart attack. Susie has been losing weight for the last 10 years and yet this still happened.
We need to track everything we do and put into our bodies. This is why we try to encourage people to join in challenges, track their food and exercises but it can also be simple things like tracking your sleep, sodium, fibre we do run on here. We should be helping our bodies to be in peak condition.
I hate the thought that in 10 or how many years that anyone can have a heart attack and be in the same place that Susie is in now. As Susie said she can't even walk in the house without being short of breathe.
