Hi All - I am still pretty new to the SparkPeople family, so I am not sure if this is where I should post this link. However, I couldn't WAIT to share it with all of you!!!!
I really struggle finding exercise regimens that are modified for me. I have two factors at play in this.... 1) I am very overweight (I know all of you can relate), so even the Beginners stuff can seem daunting 2) I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, so my flexibility is a real challenge
Anyway, I came across this on U-Tube and the guy co-insructor (who is no little fella either) had me laughing so hard just watching him that I went from the inward groan and the "sh**, I need to figure out my exercise today" to "hey! I want to join him! This looks like a party!".
It was hard enough work that I could feel it, but it wasn't so hard that I knew I was going to pay for it for days. PLUS - he shows you how to modify things for each step in case you want more intensity, or if you aren't quite at the same level and need to back it down a bit.
