I read a really interesting comment recently. If you like cereal and fruit for breakfast, make up your bowl of fruit, then sprinkle some cereal on top - instead of doing it the other way round which many of us tend to do.

I don’t usually do things like this but this morning I found a SparkPeople Recipe I want to share. I’m not much of a fruit eater so when I buy bananas I always end up with some over-ripe ones I have to figure out what to do with. I’ve also been looking for ways to get more protein in my diet. I bought some protein powder and now am on the look out for other things to do with it besides just drink it. This is a recipe for Banana Blueberry Protein Muffins. Besides the fruit they’re made with protein powder and oatmeal. I tried them this morning and thought they were really good. Here’s the nutrition info:
