Hi, I have knee problems and walk with a cane for support. Cannot walk for long periods of time, have to sit down. I know I should do more walking and that should ease the pain, but what I do and what I should do are two different things. I do the chair exercises on SP video and that helps. Bev
Sounds familiar. I have problems with my back, knees, shoulders and ankles. Depending on what hurts that day. I do the stationary bike, floor exercises I have chosen off SP, SP videos, exercises on the exercise ball. Remember any movement is good. Even knitting burns calories. If there is an aid that helps you move use it. I can walk much further if I use a staff. Most people think I'm afraid of loose dogs and that is why I carry a big stick.

Hiyas I have arthritis in both hips and knees i am 47 married and have two kids a teenager and a 9 yr old with autism i can do over 30 minutes a day on my exercise bike wud love to loose 2 pound a week how much would i need to burn of to loose this? thanks.
