Has anyone considered using ice instead of heat? Or 15 minutes of ice, 15 minutes of DAMP heat several times a day? Sometimes the pain is caused by inflammation, and that is better treated with ice. Dry head doesn't penetrate and is usually useless. Been there. Fran

I hope you ladies feel better soon...I've been rubbing and taking medicine for weeks now trying to relive the pain in my knees with very little success so maybe it is the weather

For some reason, the weather changes this year seem to be having a much more painful onpact on my arthritis this year than they have in the past. I wish I had some other means to cope. I need regular access to a hot tub. I need that to help me. I have to figure this out!
