I think that you have to be very careful with anything like this, because you want to make sure you don't whack out your body's balance the other direction. I've known people that try everything that comes around, and I don't see that it makes much difference, especially if you try to already eat a balanced diet. At least vinegar isn't as bad as the hydrogen peroxide my ex mother in law used to drink every day....

Hi, I'm MaryJane and I'm fairly new to this team. I've been told by many people over the years that drinking apple cider vinegar in water every day has tons of healthy benefits. Not being one who enjoys vinegary tasting foods, I've pretty much ignored this advice.
I started drinking it today because I read that it not only aids in weight loss, but it aids in joint pain relief and stiffness as well. After doing the research, I bought Bragg's organic apple cider vinegar with the "mother'. The mother is the live enzymes, nutrients, and beneficial bacteria floating around in the bottle giving this type of vinegar its cloudy appearance. Just wondering if any of you have tried it, use it, and have or have not seen any benefits from it. My research shows it helps also with irregularity, blood pressure, triglycerides, glucose levels and a myriad of other benefits. Curious to know what you think. It sure doesn't taste very good!
