I use it and it helps. To benefit from it you must take it long term, it's not an instant relief treatment like taking a pain pill. It is recommended for people with osteoarthritis and typically is of most benefit to people with advanced osteo.

Cheers,
Catherine

I have tried it and the one with MSG and never received any benefit for my osteoarthritis. I tried it because a friend who said it helped him suggested it. Everyone is different.

It seems to help a little for me when I remember to take it for a consistent week or so.

Every day is a new beginning

Hi Hannah! I took it for years and didn't notice it but people with osteo seem to have much more significant results. I have resumed taking it for different health reasons, along with MSM. emoticon

I have recently started taking this dietary supplement because it is supposed to help my joints. Does anyone else use it and have you had any luck with it emoticon
