Hi everyone!
I'm happy to report that on our last walk around the park, I did calf stretches, side stretches, head and neck stretches and shoulder stretches. It really made the walk more interesting == and not a single person even noticed! Lucy (my pup) however, thought I'd lost my mind!!!!

Tomorrow I'll try semi-pushups against the fence......

I need encouragement to keep this up.....it hurts, so I'd rather skip it....but I know how important it is!

I'm happy.

Hi all.
I've been having a bad time sticking to my 15 minutes of stretching commitment each day. When I hurt all over, as I do almost all the time, it's hard to want to stretch. So many days go by between stretching sessions.

What I DO do religiously, is walk my beloved Lucy every morning around this little park across the street. There are benches and it's quiet. I can stop at any time, while I'm walking, and do a stretch, walk some more, do a stretch etc. etc. There are so many 'athletes' in my neighborhood; runners, bikers, power--walkers etc.....that no one would really take notice.

I will try it on our next walk....and let you all know how it goes. I'm excited by the prospect of doing this.....I feel resourceful!!!......and back in control in at least this area of my life.

Good day all!!
