walking our greyhound---and hopefully walking our little adopted, ultra shy, spooky little shelter dog on a leash. The last 2 times she slipped the collar, then the harness. The last time she was missing 10 days in the extreme cold. Most thankful that we found her again.

Revised, patch job on roof didn't hold. This time it was a 4 bucket event. Hopefully the next attempt will hold. Good thing it's getting into the dry season in Florida.

Continued thankful that the patch job on the roof is still holding. We're deluged with tiny frogs here, there, everywhere. At least we're seeing some gorgeous wading birds feasting on them in the retention pond. Didn't know we'd be "living by the water". Gee, maybe we got a bargain on our condo that had no water view. LOL.

Also thankful that the small hole in our roof was fixed by the condo association so can put away the buckets and blankets from the hardwood floor. Now that is a big relief. Nothing like being silly enough to buy a villa with a 20 year old roof.

And especially thankful for sunshine after going through a period in Florida with about 25 inches of rain in a 10 day period. Yay for the sun!!
