In your exercise tracker above the cardio and above the strength is a button that is for add. With the cardio you have a search option and if they don't have the exact activity I just pick one that is close in movement and then enter the time spent doing it. For the Strength if you can't find what you want you can use the enter option...that is what I did for my weight machines at the YMCA, but they do not offer calories burned or to calculate how much weight you are lifting.
Action is for today if you want results tomorrow. My goal is a daily action and I strive for it to be a positive one. Suzanne
Where do you go on the site to find out what exercises count? I work in my garden, does this count? I also go fishing. Both my knees are bad. I have trouble walking distances. I can do some leg lifts and other exercises while lying down, can you count these and if so ,how?
