Hello everyone. Feb was a bit complicated. Husband's birthday and 2 more friends parties. But I baked all the cakes. LOL But last week I started working out with the Jilian Michaels dvds and I am loving it! Even my husband is surprised cause I am not much into gym at all. Lets keep focused! (please excuse my English anytime as I'm not English native speaker. Tks)
So we are almost half way through February!! How are you all doing with focusing on your program? Better than me I hope! It has been a totally disrupted start to the month with getting the new villa, furnishings, etc I have very little time or energy left for focussing on my workouts. But I am getting in lots of walking and watching what I eat for the most part (but not being angelic by any means!) and managing to maintain my weight, so I'm happy enough with that. After we move in on the 15th and get settled in, things should settle back into a routine where I can again focus on my workouts - InshaAllah!!!!

Well really that's a hard one, I find myself lacking focus in almost all areas,sorry don't want to start on a negative note, especially with such lovely ppl around, so let's c, think its going to b getting over my cravings to begin with, I'll try to c them coming on and have an action plan (will have to think of one) ready.Yes I think that's where I'll FOCUS, good luck to u all

FOCUS on your program!!! Take a look at all of the components of your program, and ask yourself these questions -
Exercise - are you at the appropriate level? Are you sticking to your plan? Food - Do you need to reduce unhealthy ones, or increase good ones? Are you in control of cravings? Sleep - Do you need to find a way to relax so you can sleep better? Water - Are you drinking enough for your weight? Mind and spirit - Are you exercising your mind as well as your body? Is there something you feel you should be doing to nurture your spirit?
Be honest with yourself! Now pick one area that appears to be your weakest link. FOCUS ON THAT ONE AREA!!! Tell us here which thing you plan to concentrate on, and let's keep it going for the whole Fabulous month of February!!!!
