I am very pleased to meet you and welcome to the group. It sounds like you stay really active. This is like my first week back, in that I was really sluffing off. I started a routine this week, I do strength training 5 days a week, I walk 7 days a week so I am trying to stay active myself. Again, welcome to the team and good luck with your program.
Our county just started th 10,000 steps program again. I am working on that. It will take me about an hour a day to keep up with that goal. I hike on my days off and walk on the treadmill on the days I work.
Good morning team. Hope everyone is doing well. My personal goal for fitness minutes is 1 hour, 3 days a week. So far I am hanging in there. Mon, Wed, and Fri. I have Mon and Wed so Fri I should have another. What is everyone else doing as far as fitness. Any comments or accomplishments you would like to discuss. Look forward to hearing from you. So far nobody has taken me up on the team goal of posting. What's up with that?

Hi there. I'm willing to chat. I have been having trouble getting online lately. Last week a tornado took out my neighbor to the east, only missed my house by literally a 1/4 mile. So things are slowly returning to normal.
