Favorite Winter Treat: Roasting Marshallows with my kids
What are three goals for 2013: 1. Loose 30 pounds so that I am at a little heathier weight. 2. Get out a walk more often and get my kids involved too. 3. Learn more about my son's autism and praticipate in a walk to raise awareness.
Favorite winter treat: Annual ice skating/ski party at an inn owned by high school friends. About 20 classmates and families (mostly just spouses and few grandkids) meet there for a wonderful weekend.
What are three goals for 2013: 1. loose more weight, get into the 180's or less, following a new plan from my doctor. 2. Enjoy semi-retirement, and spend more time with grandchildren. 3. Redo 2 rooms in my house.
