Don't really do resolutions anymore, but I going to be more true to myself. Meaning with my health and stop regain the weight that I've lost. Run a half marathon in 2014 is high on my list as well. I'm starting my year of on 01/01/2014 with my first . It's called Commitment Day . The best thing of all is that I'm not doing it by myself. My sister and her husband will be joining me. I'm so, excited to have extra support. I plan to finish strong. It will be my official first day of rebirth.
Progress may be slow, but it happens! No such thing as last place only finishers.
I too would like some rest--times when I can just kick back with friends or read a good book w/o having to worry about driving my daughter and her children everywhere they need to go, acting a Learning Coach for my grandchildren who are in a virtual charter school, and stuff like that. But, when they're older and don't need me, I'll be wanting more time with them under my tree!
And, a natural potion would be nice, one that makes me want to eat my recommended servings of freggies and other healthy foods.
