I have tried to squeeze in some exercise at work too. I try to take a walk on my 15 minute breaks when I can remember to take my breaks.
I often embarrass my kids by dancing at home.
I have made it a habit to do 10 squats in the handicap stall at work. Since I drink so much water during the day, I wanted to try and work in some type of workout while I'm at work.
I also do jumping jacks in our file room.
Do you anybody else "bust a move" at work??
