I had technical issues and missed working out for a couple days, but i did not quit, i just picked up the next day and caught up on my workouts. I feel pretty good that i am getting some focused and more intense workouts in.

Use to i couldn't raise my arm enough to shave under it ! DH would hold it up for me but the other day i suprised myself and raised them straight up no problem no pain ! emoticon All because the last 2 months i been doing 5 min chair exercises ! emoticon emoticon

The Lord is my strength and i know i can do better with the Lords help. The Lord laid it on my heart to start a team called GOD ANSWERS PRAYER AND I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE ANYBODY THAT WANTS HELP TO LOSE THEIR WEIGHT TO JOIN . I KNOW I CAN'T DO THIS WITHOUT THE LORDS HELP !

My workplace had a steps competition that went from 18Apr-2May. I was able to get 350,597 steps in during this time. emoticon It was a lot of hard work but well worth it.

Hoping to get the top prize which is a $75 gift card to a store of my choice (from a given list of course). I have my eye on a breadmaker from Amazon. emoticon

I found out a few days ago that my "skinny" jeans fit and I'm wearing them to work today. I'm in class, so I can dress casual.
