I like this idea TMC, I was thinking of something similar, like bragging rights, or daily highlights, something like that.

How about one thing positive about yourself, your choices, or your day every day? I've seen this in the message boards and I think it's a great idea. Too many of us, myself included, focus on the negative.

I'm afraid I'm not good for any fresh ideas, motivation or much right now, but I should get better. I just signed up for the Oklahoma City Weight Loss Challenge--and will weigh in for that on 24 Apr. maybe it'll get me started back

That's a very good idea - I will start a thread on new recipes, I'm sure people will be interested to see and share new recipe ideas.

maybe try a new recipe/new food challenge. i recently dried Quinoa and i enjoyed it.

I am going to return to a journaling challenge to help monitor my eating habits. i am hoping it will help be get my eating back on track.

i will also be picking up my intensity with my exercise. i may be spending more time with non-exercise activities, so the time i do have, i want to stay focused.

Hi all you "Spring into Spring" Team members - In looking over the long string of topics on our discussion board, I see a lot of things are out of date, or gone stale in the forum. It appears that some of it is just not relevant or interesting to many of us at this point.

I would like to invite you to start a new thread: Any idea or topic that is important to you is important to us.

Tell us what is not working so well, so we can support your efforts.

Ask a question - give a suggestion - share a thought - any of these things might help you and might help others succeed.
