This week's challenge is to increase water intake. If your drinking 1 glass a day (8oz) reach for 2 glasses.

If your drinking 2 glasses of water a day reach for 3 glasses.

Increase your water intake by 1 glass this week. If you decide to reach for more that's fine.

The recommended daily water intake is from 6 to 8 glasses.


Post here daily or at the end of the week how many servings of water you've had. Whichever is convenient for you.


Top three water drinkers will be rewarded!!

This week challenge will be to increase fruit and veggie intake:

If your eating none currently start by eating one fruit or veggie of your choice daily.

If your eating one increase to two a day.

If your eating two increase to three a day.

However many veggies/fruit you eat daily increase them by one. If your currently consuming five or more daily Great job!!

Post here daily or at the end of the week how many servings of fruit/veggies you've had daily.

Whichever is convenient for you.

Top 3 Veggie/Fruit Lovers will be rewarded.
