dec 18- 232-4 loss of exactly 4 lbs.
jan 14 -229.4 loss of 7 lbs. I did not lose as much as hoped but losing versus gaining is a first for me. Can't wait til the next challenge.

I don't like to post my weight, so instead I'm posting what I've lost so far since starting SP, and will post again weekly and/or at the end of the challenge.

As of today (updated 11/14), I'm down exactly 10 pounds from my starting weight. (Though this is up from a few days ago, unfortunately.)
