Hold the Stuffing challenges you to control the typical holiday weight gain. Our main goal is to stay conscious about our weight over the holidays. We don't ask that you avoid your favorite foods, drinks, etc.

To participate, simply weigh in the week before Thanksgiving (November 16th-22nd) and the week after New Year’s (January 8th-14th, 2015). Top 5 that maintain their weight (okay, you can gain up to two pounds)* will be entered into a drawing for a surprise gift from sparkpeople.com.

emoticon The only requirement to be eligible for Grand Prizes are to post weight before Thanksgiving and after New Years 2015. Weekly weigh-ins and weekly challenges are optional not required.

emoticon NEW MEMBERS JOINING AFTER INITIAL WEIGHT-IN: You are welcome to join the team. Just post your weight before Thanksgiving. If you join the team after Thanksgiving that's fine as well just post your start weight.

I want to join in, too. For so many years, I've gained 5-10 lbs. during the "eating season" by doing a cycle of bing/starve, binge/starve. I want to stick with my healthy eating habits through this holiday season! I think a challenge will give me extra motivation to stay on track.
