I have already completed the c25k program. But I am redoing the last couple of weeks to get back into shape for the run. I have signed up for the virtual 5k. I will be on a cruise that week, but i know the cruise ship has a track that I wll use to run the 5k and can log on to post my time.
looking forward to getting back into running. Hoping the weather cools down some as i would rather run outdoors.
I have already signed up. I usually walk everyday already. Did 3 miles today. I plan on the 5K. It will be six weeks after my left knee replacement. I think I will be walking real well. If It was later I would run, Smile!!! Have fun, enjoy what ever activity you choose to do. Tisha

Signed up to do the walk/jog program and for the virtual 5K! Need the motivation to keep up with my workouts as school starts!
