Can one thing count for more than one list item?

Monday 8th:
4 - take meds
7 - 30 mins cardio (1/3)
10 - post to one of team's mbs
13 - walked outside at lunchtime with a friend
14 - walked outside at lunchtime with a friend

BTW, these were posted Monday evening for me. Please post these about 12 hours earlier so that in NZ I have all day Monday to complete challenges. :)
