Each day of the week do one of the following and share it with us:
Motivating Mondays: stop by a team member's sparkpage and leave them a motivational comment on their page or blog or leave them a motivational sparkgoodie
Turn up the heat Tuesdays: This is the day to get your pumping. Add fitness to your day. If your getting back on track start small. If your in full force add more minutes to your routine.
WOOHOO Wednesdays: This day take the time to reward yourself for all the hard work you have done.
Thirsty Thursdays: Add more water to you day by reaching for 6 or more cups of water!
Fantastic Fridays: Enjoy this day with family or friends by doing something healthy. A game of kickball, go for a swim, prepare a healthy dinner, or suggest healthy items from your favorite restaurant.
Super Saturdays: Take this day to clean, declutter, or organize your home, car, job,garden, etc.
Sleep in Sundays: Rest today because you have worked hard this week.
