Hold the Chocolate Challenge is here to help shed pounds or maintain weight before, during, and after Valentines Day!
Valentine's Day is mostly celebrated with chocolates and eating out. Our main goal is to stay conscious about our weight. We don't ask that you avoid your favorite food, drinks, etc we just ask that you stay conscious so that you don't gain weight!

Spark goodies will also be given to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place top fitness minutes earned per month.
Spark goodies will be given to 1st place of the most earned spark points of the month.
A member will be in the spotlight every week to show our appreciation for your hard work and participation on the team.
There will be an optional Valentines week challenge (start 2/12-18 and end 2/19-25).
There will be challenges! Top three participants will be rewarded!
