I have two ideas for our new team challenge one can be an accountability challenge where we weigh in weekly and exercise daily this will be a challenge for the strong and only the weak will fail no excuses will be allowed what so ever the other idea is we can focus on losing weight before Christmas it would be like a count down to christmas kinda challenge another Iidea is to have a message board where we discuss meal ideas, clothes for the fall, or our struggles..everyone let me know what you think

I reset my calorie and exercise goals. i gained a lot of my weight back and want to get back on track so i dont get to my highest record weight before the end of the year. i'd like to get back to my low.
