So, it's been a while since I've posted on this board. Far too long, in fact. When I was last active on this board, I was doing okay, but then all of the sudden the world FLIPPED right over and everything came tumbling down. Now, I've struggled but I've righted my world and am ready to continue with this lifestyle change and weight loss challenge.
As I look on the boards, I see the last active post was 8/16/10. Today is 10/8/10 and I challenge you ALL to post something! Okay, maybe your diet isn't going so well, or your exercise has been in more than a slump. Guess what! TODAY is the day to challenge yourself! I have found that just ONE little positive step in my day helps motivate me to take one more positive step, then another.
My name is Sarah. I'm 29 years old. I weigh 223.2 pounds and am classified as morbidly obese. My highest weight was 255, a number I will NEVER see again. I am single. I am strong. I love going to the gym and am there EVERY DAY for about 2 hours. I take classes and I work on the cardio machines. My goal: 155. I am here to change my life and in the process, I hope to inspire you to change yours.
