These all sound like great snacks!! I will be trying them and mty kids will like these too. They are 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 and I'm trying to teach them healthy eating now so they hopefully won't struggle with weight as they grow up. I'll be back to add some of my recipes!

This is a quick easy one. Turkey deli meat, Tortellia shell, low carb or whole wheat. Spread cream cheese low fat or fat free. Lay deli turkey on the cream cheese, top with lettuce or spinach. Roll up and cut into small pinwheel rolls. There you now have a healthy snack.

this will be a recipe secton where we can share and discuss ideas.
One idea I have is a pizza snack. Using turkey itallian sausage, low fat cheese and as many veggies as you can. Put it on a whole wheat english muffin or thin sliced arrons or arrowhead or something buns, I will get the name out later.
This makes a low carb fairly low fat snack.
Any other ideas?
