Sprint to Spring Challenge--WEEK 1 of 8--January 20-26


Exercise--At least 30 min. of exercise day= 10 points /day
Nutrition--5-7 freggies/day=10 pts; 2-4/day= 5 pts
Hydration--64oz/day = 10 pts; 48oz/day= 5 pts
Challenge YOURSELF!--make one challenge/goal for yourself that you can do each day= 10 pts/day for each day you meet your own self-challenge
