Oh, no worries Elizabeth Being able to say no is a big step for us woman and I respect and applaud your growth in that area. The Sparkpeople journey is an evolving experience and we are not all at the same place at the same time. Of course I'm glad you are making time for YOU while still working full time and meeting the needs of your sweet family. Busy times for you all... enjoy every moment And keep us posted on all the goings on.

You know if I could I would, but right now life is going at about 180 mph both at work & at home.
With the twins in Kinder & the older one in eighth grade there is plenty of homework to be accomplished in the evenings these days (not to mention my own bring-home work). And with my new classroom "digs" and added responsibilities I have given up on trying to check-in at work. I am averaging only about 2-3 check-ins on here per WEEK now....so much for 'Perfect Attendance". And, it's check-in & get out in about 2 min tops! I hate, hate, hate to leave you hanging on a challenge right now, but I just can't be on here enough at the moment to properly run a challenge...and it's just not me to run one half-a$$ed. Gosh, I hope that all made sense!!! If anyone would like to take the reigns on a Fall Challenge I would be beyond thankful for your help. Don't get me wrong, I am NOT going anywhere, and I am in NO way, shape, or form slacking-off one bit. That's just not in the cards for me! But something has to give at the moment and right now that has to be my "life" online. I don't ask for "Help!" often, so if I do...that means I need it. I'm still BRINGING IT!!!

Stop weighing yourself! Focus on eating healthier & getting stronger. Looking better will simply be an added bonus!
