Hello friends and runners if anyone is out there!
Sorry to have been MIA for so long. I have been off Spark on *maternity leave* and am just getting back after having a beauuutiful baby boy!
Well, now I have about 17 pounds of baby weight to work off, and am starting from scratch on the running.
I have my follow up appointment with the doctor on Tuesday and hope to get the OK to run! I have to start slow because it's been so long since I ran, and because I did have surgery... so I'm thinking I will start out with day 1 of the *Ease to 10K* program instead of jumping into the Bridge.
I will check in as it goes!
