Excellent time!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

That's an amazing time!
I've done a lot of 5K's in the past but always had to walk a portion of them. On Friday I did one and was able to run the whole thing. My time wasn't nearly as good as yours though. I finished in 35:42 which is my best 5K time ever.

You are amazing!

So I've been totally intimidated by the whole race thing - all those people! But I finally signed up for one and completed it yesterday! It was a 5K (which is as far as I've been running recently) and I did so much better than I thought I would!!

I completed the race in 25:34, and even got a medal for being one of the first 250 to cross the finish line! (There were 1447 people in the race.)

I am SO proud of myself, and it has really inspired me to work on my running more. SO, I am going to get back on the B210K train (again!) to work on adding distance, as well as work on my 5K speed so I can do as well in future races without feeling like I'm about to pass out at the end. ;-)

Happy running!!
