Are you doing any of these now? What sounds good to you, (and what sounds like something you never want to do?)
I was doing well for a while with getting in some nice long walks between my running days. Those walks really did make me feel good. I'd like to get them back into my schedule somehow.
We are also talking about joining the Y so we can use the gym - I think I'd like to kick some laps in the pool some times, or use the stationary bike.
