Thanks friends!

I use my Endomondo app, similar to Runkeeper, to track my runs, although I haven't been logging them into the fitness tracker for a while. Maybe that's a good catch-up project for me to take on....

I do know that the calories burned listed on my Endo differs slightly from the calories burned when I enter the same mileage and time into the SP tracker.

I use RunKeeper to calculate my calories burned as that is more in line with what I am burning vs SP calculations.

I use my HRM and enter the calories burned.

Hi friends!

How are you logging your B210K runs in the fitness tracker?

Some ways to do it:

Calculate your total time and mileage and enter it into the Mileage Tracker
Use the "Map Route" option to do the same
Enter the total minutes walked and the total minutes run separately in your tracker by doing all that annoying math. ;-)
If you have a HRM, I guess you can enter your total calories burned, although I don't have one and don't have that experience

Any other ways you have found?

Thanks! :) :) :)

Happy running friends!
