to the Team! on doing the 5K program and your upcoming 5K race!
You can start when the 5K program ends, just make sure the race is in there too.
I started w/ the Gateway to 8K and lost the pod casts, then started the Bridge 2 10K and then winter hit and I didn't have the time for the runs unfortunately. Finally got my mojo back in March and started the C25K again on the treadmill. Stopped short of that after I did a 5K in May and started on the Gateway 2 8K again as I found more pod casts.
then I switched, yet again, to Galloway's 1/2 marathon as I want to run an 11.5 miles race in September, along with an 8K.
So basically.. .look at all the programs out there and see what works best into your schedule and go with it!
Hi and welcome! First off, congrats on doing the 5k program and best of luck in your upcoming 5k! Woohoo!!
What you decide to do next is entirely up to you. Are you comfortable with running the entire 30 minutes or do you want walk/run intervals (although I do believe you can incorporate the intervals into whichever program you choose)? I'm not sure what the E210k program is because I used the B210k (see info on front page). There's also another program called OHR (one-hour runner). You can find a lot of other information on the "C25k Graduates" team, or do a google search.
Sorry I'm probably not much help ;)

So I am so close to finishing the program. I am on W8d3. I have a 5k scheduled for July 9th. I was wondering which program I should do next, bridge to 10k or ease into 10k? Also, can I start these programs right way or should I wait unil my 5k race is over?
