Thanks! I realized I was probably doing it correctly when I thought about the fact that it is noted that the workouts will be from 53 to 70 minutes. Doing 4x instead of 3x would have put me over those ranges.

I just did w5d2 of b210k this morning, but (for whatever reason) it just occurred to me that I might have been reading the program WRONG this whole time!

For example, the program says:

Week 4:
5 minute warmup
Run 18 min/walk 1 min (Repeat 3x)
5 minute cooldown

So, I...
ran 18 min, walk 1,
ran 18, walk 1,
ran 18, walk 1

Was I reading the program wrong? Should I have been running the sequence 4x instead of 3x? Should I have read it as "Run 18 min/walk 1 min PLUS (Repeat 3x)"??
