If it says W1: run 10, walk 1 min (repeat 4x) you do this for all 3 days of the week.
I think there is only one week where the 3 days are different.

I was wondering, if it only says W1 and no days, does that mean you do that only once that week?
For example: run 10, walk 1 min (repeat 4x) only once that week?
