lot of people on one of my other team use Leslie samsone tapes--rented one--liked it but need to get more of a starter one for me as it was one with jogging incorporated--she has a lot --and you can rent from netflick--just takes longer to get them as not at all locations--I kept mine for 3 weeks with no problems--maybe even a month

OK. So, it is indoors. Thanks! I was looking for that. I do walk outdoors when the weather is nice and I have a treadmill for when the weather isn't. But, I admit I can get a bit bored doing the same thing all the time. I need a little variety in my work-outs to stick with them. Again, thanks!
Does anybody know about WATP? I see it on various posts and I 'googled' it but I'm still not sure what it is. I understand it's a walking for fitness program, but exactly what is on the video/DVD? Is the walking all outdoors, or are there walking/cardio indoor exercises? I'm confused. Maybe my local library has a copy.
