My husband goes for his results on Tuesday. I went to the gym Sat. and Sun. for two hours and worked out some frustration; it felt good. This is my fourth week on Kinect training but I think instead of doing Cardio at the end of the week, I will work on building strength instead.
I've found out that if I drink me a full glass protein shake in the morning, I am not craving so much during the day, so I have been having a full glass protein shake in the morning before I start my day.
I'm going to try to stick to my plan of doing Kinect training 4 days out of the week, one day of rest, gym on Sat. and Sun. I am hoping to keep this up for three months.
