Hope all is well with hubby now! I'm a migraine sufferer so I know how hard it is!

Well, hubby is now taking pills for 4 months since he had migraines for 2. He told me these pills are for seizures but helps with head as well. Apparently they work; he said the pressure is letting up which is a good thing.

On a side note, I have gained 10 pounds over a course of three months but people think I am losing weight. Its size. One friend we ran into at the store said I was looking good and I must have lost a lot of weight. Told her no because I went from 169 to 180. She thinks it is muscle weight. Not sure. The upper body workout on Kinect training will work you out though. :)

Nothing but a sinus infection was found after the mri was done. Nothing wrong with his eyes. Now off to the neuro doctor.

Just finished shoveling snow and wondering if I really want to go work out on kinect training. Really not doing Cardio on that game again. Sheesh. Will stick with strength or weight training and leave cardio for the gym.

Great job with the exercising! Sounds like you have a good plan. I drink a protein shake every day for lunch. It really does stick with me for hours and it tastes great! I hope your husband's test results come out good and that the Dr is able to get rid of his headaches. It's hard having to wait so long for results though, isn't it. Hopefully, it's nothing serious.

My husband goes for his results on Tuesday. I went to the gym Sat. and Sun. for two hours and worked out some frustration; it felt good. This is my fourth week on Kinect training but I think instead of doing Cardio at the end of the week, I will work on building strength instead.

I've found out that if I drink me a full glass protein shake in the morning, I am not craving so much during the day, so I have been having a full glass protein shake in the morning before I start my day.

I'm going to try to stick to my plan of doing Kinect training 4 days out of the week, one day of rest, gym on Sat. and Sun. I am hoping to keep this up for three months.

He is well hydrated. He sips on water throughout the day and takes in more than the recommended amount. Now as for the spine, that could be it. He has been popping his neck a lot lately and it creeps me out. Can not stand we he pops anything. But, he told me he won't have the results for a week. I think I may be stressing over this a bit more than I should. I've gone from eating almost every few hours to barely eating. Just have not been hungry past few days. Exercising does keep my mind and body busy though which is a plus.

My prayers are with you and your family, hopefully it's something minor and nothing serious.
I was getting headaches a lot about a year ago, for me it was a combination of my spine being out of alignment (seeing a chiro once a week has made them stop), and believe it or not, dehydration caused a lot of headaches as well. I simply was not drinking enough water throughout the day.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your husband. My advice, for what it's worth, is to try and eat as healthy as you can. Think about eating to fuel your body and keeping yourself strong during this very stressful time. Take care of yourself and please let us know what happens. I really do hope everything works out well for him.

My husband has been having headaches for the past month and nothing the doctors give him have been wiping it out. They have finally decided to do an MRI on him and I am afaird they may find something. His blood work came out fine but this headache is causing his blood pressure to sky rocket. They are trying to solve one issue but can't solve it until the headache is gone. He goes into the hospital at 2a.m and I am stressed out today more than I have been. He is military and I am so afraid that if they do have to do some kind of surgery, that he will get kicked out. Not that it is a big concern seeing as he was going to get out anyway but I hope this headache is not leading to something bad. Not sure when I will get back on track with the diet.
