absolutely for starters in March I started juicing and don't recommend this for everyone...but I juice three times a day and eat only two small meals breakfast and dinner...and juice all day in between...

and I love the programs...I'm getting excellent results and when I finish that one I'm going to do P90x hopefully without to much modification...wish me luck on that one....
Third I go to the gym 5 days a week unless something arises I try not to miss gym I spend anywhere from a hour to a hour 45 mins in the gym....lol I feel like the biggest loser contestants....and finally I spark and log everything still....I know I've been here a while but I still like logging my foods because it so easy to get of course....
