absolutely for starters in March I started juicing and don't recommend this for everyone...but I juice three times a day and eat only two small meals breakfast and dinner...and juice all day in between...

I'm currently working on Power 90 www.beachbody.com and I love the programs...I'm getting excellent results and when I finish that one I'm going to do P90x hopefully without to much modification...wish me luck on that one....

Third I go to the gym 5 days a week unless something arises I try not to miss gym I spend anywhere from a hour to a hour 45 mins in the gym....lol I feel like the biggest loser contestants....and finally I spark and log everything still....I know I've been here a while but I still like logging my foods because it so easy to get of course....

Hello all I have some awesome news....I went shopping Thursday and bought some new workout outfits...didn't think about them until today So I tried them on and the pants fell down...I couldn't believe it...So this morning I took them back and got 5 brand new workout outfits 2 sizes smaller....I wanted to shout for joy....I'm so excited my hard work is paying off...This only makes me want to keep going and go down more sizes...So far since Feb 2012 I've lost 38.7 lbs I'm 11 lbs away from my goal this year...
