I've been using that app for a few days now (that's how long we've had the kinect again), and I love it...but it always seems like the calories are on the low side, especially when they register higher on Dance Central 2. But overall, I can't complain.

Hey guys, FYI, there’s a new dashboard app that you can download that lets you keep track of your exercise stats for a bunch of your Kinect games! You download the app, enter in your physical attributes (height, weight, age, gender) and the system calculates calories burned, keeps a tally of the hours and consecutive days you play, etc.
By default, none of your info is shared on Xbox Live, by the way. It’s just so that the system can accurately determine info about your gameplay.
