I really liked it but I had to stop. I couldn't figure out why it hurt so much and it turned out that I needed a hysterectomy -- LOL. I'm just completing recovery so, after I get back into regular cardio, I'm definitely going to try again. I also have the Power 90 which I really like -- it's a bit more my speed. Just beware the eating schedule for P90X, it has a lot of calories. I gained 10 pounds immediately when I tried to follow it with all the post-exercise shakes.
