Not sure how to track it. When it comes to the objective, I finished the muffin top one not too long ago, I just did the flag workouts, classes, etc. I did all of them at least once but I picked the orders and days I wanted. I also did some workouts more than once, I think its your option as long as you do the flagged.
I wish it did specify what to do on each day like UFC Personal Trainer 30 day/60 day workouts.
