Not sure how to track it. When it comes to the objective, I finished the muffin top one not too long ago, I just did the flag workouts, classes, etc. I did all of them at least once but I picked the orders and days I wanted. I also did some workouts more than once, I think its your option as long as you do the flagged. I wish it did specify what to do on each day like UFC Personal Trainer 30 day/60 day workouts.

Did my first workout today with YSFE12 and oh my goodness it totally kicked my butt! I did it though...didn't have much of a choice with my three kids yelling at me not to stop,lol. My little motivation team. Anyway, I did the objectives to find out what workout are recommended so I did cardio today and arms. My questions is just how do you know what to do on each day? The game tells which workouts it recommends but doesn't give any sort of order to do them in. Any suggestions?
Also, I'm pretty sure how to track cardio in SP's fitness tracker but how would I track my YSFE strength training workouts?
