Fitbit for me...
I do a lot of sitting down - it's good to see just how much sitting down I do and react accordingly.
GPS on Android phone with Locus Pro for tracking walks and things - good for timing and distances. Can also import these tracks into Google Earth. If nothing else I get bragging rights for having Australia, Malaysia, Netherlands and South Africa all in one week;)
And finally...
A resistance band for in the hotel and office. Use this to stretch and that sort of stuff. Cheap and cheerful and also very very effective.
